Ceiling rose wiring issue

Hey all, yet another UK ceiling rose wiring problem, I'm sure someone has the answer for me.
So we have 3 blacks all double sleeved, and only one has an earth wire with it. The other cable as u can see is red.
Does anyone know where they belong? The light is controlled by a 2 way switch system in a lounge downstairs. Thanks any queries don't hesitate to contact me.
