Baxi Solo HE - Heating comes on with Water

Hi All

I have just had a Baxi Solo HE (regular) installed. When I put the hot water on the radiator panels heat up.

I have the boiler installer coming in a couple of days, but they are already implying it has nothing to do with their installation!

there is a water tank in the airing cupboard to which he fitted a TF1 filter.

Any idea what is causing the problem?

Any suggestions would be great.

Hi Sue
This is not a fault with the boiler itself, but of the system. The usual cause would be a defective motorised valve. As you've not provided any details of the system, I can only guess.
Who's fault it is, I can't say, but your installer must have checked that all was OK, or perhaps not !
