Hi
Please can some one help, the Ariston bolier was working fine this morning now there isn't a flame.
The instructions say to remove the cap on the safety thermostat reset 'I' and then press in the button. However the button doesn't push in, there is a small red point on the button but this is pushed in, has the button broken or is this the design?
It seems that there are a lot of problems with the boiler, unfortunately inherited from the last homeowner.
Please help, any advice before i have to call the bolier people out.
