The roof on my 2 storey house comes down to the same level as the ground floor ceiling. This means that there is approx 1.5 metres of sloped roof leading up to the window sill on the first floor.
The problem I have is that I'm not sure how best to access the window sill as I need to replace the silicone sealant below the window sill which has come away.
Should I just slant the ladder so it's flush with the slipped roof and get my wife to stand on the bottom step? Sounds a bit dodgy to me so I'm thinking there must be a better way.
Thanks
