A screw problem

Hello

I have a really annoyingly squeaky bed, it's caused by a jammed screw that moves slightly both ways. A video is on this link: https://www.youtube.com/shorts/kXbv_GZqj5g

I am not sure how to remedy this. Can anyone help with ideas please? Cheers for viewing this regardless.
