Hi. for reg. maint. ordered all caps. Upon pulling old ones i removed bleed resistor the Start capacitor measured 160 MFD - it was supposed to be 100 (100 - 120) MFD !
I call this early failure I suggest checking these even if it means de-soldering the bleed resistor to check.
Symptoms:
* 1/4 second harsh buzz when starting. with new 100 MFD - no audible buzz smooth start
* lights dimmed very briefly when starting (on internet i heard this wasn't bad). with new 100 MFD lights didn't even flutter that i noticed

Great time of year to do preventive maintenance - nice weather and no hard heat if a repair goes bad.
