Wide Threshold to Cover Floor Pipes

Hey All,
I'm having a lot of trouble finding some threshold or something similar to cover some floor pipes. The main issue is the gap is larger than for a normal threshold.

• Wide enough (11cm)
• High Enough (4cm)
• Not a tripping hazard
• Looks good. (Industrial cable covers etc look bad)

At 4 cm height, I can’t imagine anything that is going to look good and not be a tripping hazard.
