Hello,
I am hoping some kind soul can reply with any ideas of what is wrong with the brick work in the attached picture.
Specifically, what is the white colouring - is it a by product of the obvious damp issue at the left hand side of the building? What will happen if left?
Within the red lines denotes part of the property owned by me (to the left and right of the red lines belongs to the person who owns the rest of the building.
The blue squiggle marks where the guttering leaks during heavy rain.
