I had a waterfall feature built, they Used engineering breeze blocks to build the structure up to the curved wall, then glued on slate tiles with the water coming over the top and down the wall.
after a week the lime from with8n the engineering blocks started coming through over the slate tiles turning them from black to grey, the company keep fobb8ng me off about coming back to repair it so am thinking of correcting it myself, problem is I am not sure where to start, I assume I will have to replace the slate tiles as nothing is getting the lime off, seal the engineering blocks off (with what?) then re attach new slate tiles
if anyone has a better understanding I would appreciate it.
Thanks in advance
