Hi
I had low pressure on boiler , boiler engineer came and replaced expansion tank and prv as the valve was constantly letting water out .. I now have boiler constantly at 3 bar in red even with heating off .. I have tried release pressure via bleeding radiators have removed cups of water , the pressure went down slightly but when heating on returns to 3 bar in red plus the prv must be open as its dripping water all day from outlet but boiler remains in red ..
any ideas please what is causing this ?
