Hi,

I have just bought a house fitted with wet underfloor heating. and Although it works, It doesnt work in the living room/dining room (one room).

I dont know much about underfloor heating to be honest, but ive had a look at the manifold.

It has 4 circuits, 1 Kitchen which works 2 dining room which doesnt work 3 living room which doesnt work and 4 hall which works fine.

The flow pipes for all 4 circuits get warm when the thermostats call for heat in each room but the manifold end of the return pipes for the living room and the dining room, the circuits that dont work dont get hot.

I have no idea why this is. it all looks to be a running system, I get an even flow on the flow gages on each circuit.

Any ideas, It has been suggested I may have air in the system.

Is there a book or some websites that I can look at, i dont want to call a heating engineer out if its only the system that needs bled!

Maybe try experimenting by increasing the flow for living room.
