I built these shelves about twenty years ago. There's space for some of my old vinyl albums a small TV and a sixties jukebox wallbox, the speakers in which I use to play mp3s on the latop via a small amplifier
I've gone from a PC to series of laptops. They all sat on the worktop. I did have an office chair, but we've ordered another Stessless recliner, for the lounge so we had a surplus leather one. It hadn't had a lot of use, so I thought I'd swap it for the aging office chair. But it's much lower than the old chair so some "fetlling" was required as the worktop was now too high.
The addition of a couple of pull-out Contiplas shelves, solved the problem.
