T-Flag hinge adjustment

Help! We recently fitted a upvc stable door. The lower door is not fitting correctly and sits too far away from the frame at the bottom. How do I adjust the hinge to pull it closer in to the frame? The hinge has two hex screws at the top, but I don't know which adjusts compression?
