The motor in my swamp cooler is buzzing or humming very loudly it only started doing this since I had to move it to repair the roof below it. I had to disconnect it completely in order to do it. I'm pretty sure that I hooked it up right again. I was wondering if anyone can tell me how to check the wiring with a multimeter.
