I installed a floodlight at my community pool and it will not turn on. It is one of those day/night sensing ones. I wired it in and both bulb sockets light up my voltage sensor, but for some strange reason the light will NOT turn on even if I cover up the eye.What am I overlooking?

Are you using a neon test lamp?? this will show a live feed but you may have lost continuity on the neatral. Use a proper meter across the live a nd neatral
