Hi, hoping someone here can help me. My shower is draining slowly and clearly the trap needs removing so it can be cleaned. Only problem is I can’t get the thing out at all. There’s no fixing screws. Peering inside there is an internal thread, but it won’t budge. And yes I am turning it anti-clockwise. Any help appreciated.

Are you sure the thread isn't part of the elbow that screws onto the outlet?
The bit we're looking at is usually a push-fit. Well.... it is on ours.
