Running power to shed

I recently had a shed built 40x64x14 i would like to run wire from the meter box on the side of my garage to the new shed the distance between the 2 is roughly 75 to 100 feet i need to have 120v and 220v i would be running lights welders air compressors etc some at the same time anyone know what i will need to accomplish this task ive never done any electrical other than wiring outlets and switches in an existing system. I would figure 50 amps for the welder . Air compressor depends on the motor size . Maybe 20 amps for lites & plugs .
