Riding Lawn Mower

Riding lawn mower will start but no power nor will it accelerate. Smokes. Any suggestions as to fix this?

Perhaps the choke is stuck in the "choke" position? That would cause it to run roughly, and smoke.

Check if the bolt holding the mower blade is loosened and the blade is properly centered on the crankshaft end plate
