Repairing Wrinkled Satinwood

I recently sanded my bedroom floor and painted in Dulux Satinwood. We waited four days before walking on it (which seemed like plenty of time) and it felt fine to touch. When we moved in the furniture patches of the paint were scuffed and became wrinkled.

There are about ten patches that need to be repaired and I'm really hoping I won't have to move everything back out and sand and repaint all over again. I've thought about sanding just those areas and repainting and covering until they're dry, but wondered if there might be a better way.

This is the first time I've used Satinwood and I was told it was faster drying and tougher than gloss but the opposite seems to be true. Any advice on the repairs would be appreciated.

Thanks.
