Remove a toilet seat

Hi guys,

i have this toilet seat and it’s wobbly. I don’t have any idea how to tighten it. This type of toilet seat isn’t the ones usually seen in some DIY youtube videos. Please see the attached photos. Help please! Thanks!

Well the seat cover looks loose for sure. But how does it bolt from underneath?
