Programming a Fleek 2510 water softener

Well either my manual has poor instructions or I'm just not that smart; either way, I can't figure out how to program this thing.
I need to adjust the gallons to regen and the amount of salt used. If anyone can give me very specific instructions, or better yet a video (I have checked youtube) that would be great.
