With a lot of appliances the fabrication, often consists of some bought in parts. So it should be possible to get a replacement if not from Philips. I'd suggest unplugging it and removing the thermostat it may have some identification markings on it.I have a quite old Phillips hostess trolly and the thermostat is stuck on hot , can it be repaired or can i replace it?
