Outside Lighting

HI, I would like to put some lights into our outbuildings but there is no electricity anywhere to hook on to and I will have to hook it on to the mains inside the house.

How should I go about this one? What materials have I got to buy to get it on to the mains?

All suggestions welcome :D

Any ideas people?

Whats the legal situation with installing outside mains to to an outbuilding?
