Moldy Subfloor

Had a 'swelling' under my hardwood floor. So I pulled the hardwood up and found particleboard. Started pulling up the particle and found what I think is mold... is it time to call a professional?

Unless you have all the equipment to keep the spores from becoming airborne I would say it’s time.
