MAYTAG dryer won't START

Hi all, I have a Maytag dryer model MGD5740TQ0 that will not start I have replaced start switch I have checked all fuses in the back for continuity, I have checked the belt, the door switch has also been replaced...but still dyer does not start. I did find something odd... when I checked for voltage on the start switch I only received a reading of 18 however the reading on the door switch was 119 v, not sure if that is a source of a problem...
