Greetings ....want to instal whole house water filter. Need to tap into MAIN water line (point of entry) inside house . I live on a slab ....the only thing I see anywhere is located under the HW tank area. One pipe come out of slab and goes straight up to HW tank. About 6 to 8" up on that same pipe from the slab ,, 2 pipes T off of it and what I assume go back down into the slab. They all 3 have blue tape on them . Is that one pipe the MAIN pipe feeding the HW tank and those other 2 pipes that split off of it ? ? THX !!
