Lubricant for plastic to metal on shower door

I have plastic rollers in a metal track in my neo-round shower enclosure and would like it to slide a little more smoothly. What is the best lubricant to use for this application? I am worried about the plastic being eaten up by most lubricants made for metal.

vasaline is the answer. its great for lubing most things
