hello, I am having issues with my lift master garage door opener. I press the button and all I get is a click. The led light blinks 5 times and any manual I find say possible motor overheating or logic board fail. Also the lights won't come on. I am leaning towards the logic board failing but I would like some feedback before I dump $100 dollars on a part I might not need and can't return. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thanks
