Two Questions:
1) Can anyone tell who exactly makes this outdoor frost-free sillcock from the pictures? The lettering on it says "ASSE1019-A 2890".
2) I assume because it leaks that the stem needs to be pulled out and the cause of the leak is due to a bad washer and/or cartridge HOWEVER I cannot figure out how to get the stem out. From various videos it has told me to unscrew the handle, then the coupling nut and washer. I've then tried to unscrew the hex-nut to no avail (not even sure that can be removed) and I tried to attach the handle back on and yank the stem out with zero results other than scratch marks.
The question is (and in life): Am I missing something?
