Hi
Our conservatory carpet has been sodden since a couple of very wet, windy nights last week. The water seems to be seeping in from the base. Where the wood panneling meets the concrete foundations there is a rubbery sealent running along the floor presumably to keep the water out. It is very damp so my guess is that it isn't doing it's job properly. I can't see any obvious gaps though, to my surprise, earth worms have also made it underneath the carpet...
I would appreciate any advice on this.
cheers
Nick
