i have quite a long kitchen 27 feet long 6 feet wide.
now the draft that comes from under the kitchen is horrendous and makes one half of the downstairs unusable in winter.
my QUESTION what would be the best form of insulation under this floor i have thought about polystyrene beads, would this help or would it cause lots of mess for no real gain
