Karcher K4 leak (see pictures)

Hello everyone!

I have been cleaning my clients patio today and all was going well....

Until a leak occurs on the connection between the extender bar and gun.

What could the problem be?

Any help would be much appreciated.

I am going to guess an O-ring failed since it appears at a joint.
