JCB 3c mk2 brakes

[hydraulic oil for blood:)]

i have a jcb 3c mk2 with the bmc engine think its a 78 model. Im at the mo trying to change the brake discs but having trouble getting the actuator out is there anyone out there who could give me some help and talk me through it thanks in advance
