Internal walls

Hi All. We are in the process of having a structural engineer come and look over our walls to see which ones we can remove to open up the kitchen. We have striped back some of the plaster to get a better idea. Hopefully we can remove all the timber elements. Any thoughts on if this can be done or any potential setbacks would be welcome. Thanks
