Hi All
I have started a project to turn a garage in to a study room. I have batoned the walls with 25mm x 50mm batons and was going to use thermawrap stapled to the batons as my only insulation, with plasterboards on top. Is this product ok to use or is there a better product.
Thank you for any help

If the walls of the garage are fairly substantial, then thermawrap and a dry lining should be fine. The air cavity that the dry lining creates will also act as insulation remember...

I would.put insulation in between the stud work and plaster board.... As well as the foil backed stuff, don't forget the ceiling & floors

Foil buble wrap is not the best type of insualtion to use for this type of job. I would use rockwool
