I have an installation issue I'm looking for advice on. I have a ranch home on a hill with the garage attached to the basement on the main level. The bedrooms above the garage get very cold in the winter.
It looks like there was some plumbing that needed to be repaired at some point. The garage ceiling drywall is damaged and the installation has been removed in some areas.
Any ideas on the best way to fix this. I attached a bunch of pictures.
