How to match ceiling texure

Sorry but I do not recognise the Texture?

Having said that? could it be a very watery / thin "Artex" [If you guys have such a material over there?]

Artex?? texture coating mixed with water and can be applied with a roller or brush to ceilings and walls.

Caution? ARTEX over here can contain Asbestos in small volumes the Asbestos id Chrysotile the least nasty of the family.
