How to get one of these sort of tap head's off to fix a draping issue

Trying to work out how to get the tap head off to fix.
Have seen lots of how to videos on every tap going part from this one.
Was wondering if anyone out there would no how to do this please.
Must likely very easily to do but I can't work it out.

I will take a guess. Try removing the three “wings” on each side. They might just screw out.

So glad to have found this forum, I have the same kitchen faucet with same concern. Tried out the tips given here and all things are working well now.
