I was wondering if I'm to precise here,
I have a 60's prefab/concrete end of terrace house. The type of concrete which looks like a rice cake.
I want to put a lean to garage roof on the side of the house. I have one already but its felt and leaking all the time.
Question is, can I load the side of the house with a tiled roof construction , which will be the the whole 8 metre lenght and a width of 3m. It's sitting on a brick garden wall on the other side.
Would the weight of the tiled roof effect the existing foundation of the house. Or is the weight not significant.
I have a surplus of tiles, hence the change of roof covering.
