Hi,

I have a good working fuel motor of a mower and would like to build a vacuum sucker with it for horse manure. I can assemble everything from scratch what i like to do but I just don't understand the principle of how to assemble things to work properly. Ok I need to suck the air with a propellor so that the manure ends up in a bin. My question : when I suck air with a propellor, how can i prevent the manure from getting into the propellor and get it in the bin ... ??

Silage machines use a course fan and the grass goes through the fan and sometimes is cut into small pieces. You will need a high power for this to get the air speed required.

The alternative would be to use a cyclone

thanks for your explanation g3vlftrevor ! But you can imagine that the horse manure going through the fan would not work so I am still wondering how those thinks work...
