Hi, just joined the forum. I'm not great at DIY but will have a go at some things. I prefer doing small repair jobs or making things rather than things like building and decorating.

I'm currently trying to get a few bits done around the house and may need a bit of advice here and there, so look forward to picking your brains.

I am an 85-year-old dedicated DIY, working out of his carport. I have a minimum amount of tools, a great amount of enthusiasm and I love fixing things.
I'm looking forward to sharing with you ideas and projects. As I enjoy fixing discarded items I have become known in my community as "Dennis the dumpster diver".
