recently had a sime dewy 30/130 combination boiler fitted in small cupboard at top of stairs.

As boiler is room sealed with fan assisted flue no ventilation required.

however there appears to be a build up of heat in the room/cupboard due to the heat emmitance from the boiler (although sime have no temp reading for this) or heat emmitance from the thermal store which is built into the boiler .

Has any one had the same problem and if so how did you resolve this item.

Do you have the manufacturers instructions ? you should have as it is now in the reg that it has to be left with user.
It will definitely say in there if you need compartment ventilation even though the boiler is room sealed some boilers still need compartment vents if the required clearances cannot be obtained. This ventilation is to prevent the boiler from overheating.
This is a make of boiler I have not fitted but you can usually get info on the internet from the manufacturers web site if you have no manual.
