Heating Controls Landis & Staefa Model RWB9

My daughters house heating and water is controlled by a Landis & Staefa Model RWB9, can the heating and water be controlled separately, can't figure it out? Anyone got a user guide that they could forward or post to me or tell me where to get one.

The RWB9 is capable of seperate times for CH and HW, however it can only do this if you have a fully pumped installation. Google for siemens RWB9 and the first hit should contain the manual
