I have, what I hope, to be an easy question to answer. I have been search but can't find anything that matches my issue.
I have a Nutone Heat Pump model number FTBF-024KA. The outdoor compressor fan stays on except when I turn the heat on. Didn't notice the issue until it started to cool off, all summer the fan seems to always be running but when I turned the AC off the fan stayed on so I turned the heat on and the fan turns off, and stays off. I let the heat run for about 20 mins and the fan never turned on. But when I turned it off the fan started spinning again.
I don't have the money to call a technician right now and if it's something I can easily do I would like to try.
