We installed a whole house fan last summer on a small ranch (1000 ft^2). Works OK but I need to get the heat out of the attic that gets hotter that heck. If I put a gable vent fan in the gable, will it blow enough through the vent on the gable? Its a vinyl unit with what seems to be pretty good openness, if that makes sense. I don't want to have to modify the gable vent.
