Flexnet 530x Display E 8000

I recently installed solar system at my house, but I belive my meter is having issues it only displays E 8000 all the other screen rotations are blank the arrows seem to be displaying correctly but it dose not show any kwh. The utility company came out once when I was at work said they had to turn off the power to reset the meter. It has been like this since then
