Hi and thanks for the great tips on this site. Today I installed curtains on a cord drawn track that has been extended to meet the width requirements. All was going really well until I went to open the curtains. the hooks are getting stuck on the bit where the track extends. it is not a silicone type of job as the thicknesses of the tracks are different and the gap at the extended point seems to be the problem. I was thinking of some type of tape to try and make it a smoother transition.
Surely I'm not the only one with this problem but a google search has not provided any solutions. (lots for hand drawn and ring type curtains) but not for a track system.
