We have damp in the top corner of our little boys bedroom where it meets the outside wall. And it seems to be spreading across the ceiling. We have had a roofer in and he said it’s condensation as our windows are shot. It’s getting bigger and we don’t know what to do. New windows are being fitted in new year. We have no reason to distrust the roofer but as it’s getting bigger so is it condensation? Weather has taken a turn for the colder so I assume this has sth to do with it. Pic attached.
