I just received in a set of 5 molds resembling a natural looking flat stone walkway. I have been told to use a release agent such as Pam or a cheaper variety from any of the dollar stores. My question is, what type of cement should I be using? I don't want to use regular concrete that has stone because the top of each mold has a 3-D resemblance of natural looking stone.

If you're concerned about the molds sticking, just get a 2" paintbrush and "dip it in your wife's cooking oil she saves for frying chips." Then brush it onto the mold before pouring in the mix.
