Closing a door knob hole

What is the best method to fill a door knob hole on a hardwood door? Which tools and materials do I need?

If you are moving the knob to a new location on the door I would use the plug from the newly drilled hole. I would then use Duraglass to fill in the voids. With a careful sanding and painting you will never know there was a hole.
